WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We ship out orders within 2-3 business days. We will email you as soon as your shipping label is printed with your tracking number. Please be aware that orders once shipped it is out of our control how long it takes for the delivery company to deliver your product.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Our shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and the zip code it is going to. Our website calculates this for you during the checkout process.
CAN I RECOMMEND A FRAGRANCE THAT I DON'T SEE ON THE SITE?
We are always looking for new fragrances to list in our store. Always feel free to let us know of any fragrances you will like. We will do our best to make your desire fragrance available for you to order as soon as possible.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
If you find that your order is broken or damaged, please check our return policy. Please be aware that we do not offer exchanges on international orders.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?
While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we do our best to assist our customers as much as we can. We always recommend for you to contact your local post office as well as leaving a message for your courier explaining what happened. If they are not able to assist further, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim etc. If the post office deems your package as lost, we will have a replacement sent out to you.
